Since, at the moment, my blog looks very 'berry' centred, I was thinking through other recipes which I have made this year that have used berries and found this one.These delicate mini meringues took a while to make, and were a little bit fiddly, but melted the moment you put them into your mouth. I made them for a close friends baby shower, and due to how time consuming they were, may only make them again for another special occasion.
They are so cute :)
